Every AI breakthrough runs on silicon.
Designing that silicon is still slow, manual, and gated by a handful of experts. As models get hungrier, the chips can't keep up. We're changing who, and what, can design them, so the hardware stops being the bottleneck.
Who we're looking for
Range and depth.
EDA and physical-design veterans. ML and systems engineers. Infra builders. And first-principles generalists who've never touched a chip but think in systems. You don't need a semiconductor background. You need to be relentless, curious, and unafraid of hard problems with no playbook.
